Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately at surfingcowgirlshop@gmail.com with a photo of the damage so we can make it right.

Refunds
If a damage claim is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at surfingcowgirlshop@gmail.com.
